Favorite Pictures From J.R.’s NY Trip With His Girlfriend

J.R. and his girlfriend Kristin went to New York to visit friends and these are the favorite pictures from J.R.'s NY trip.

Kristin has only been to New York City one other time, so they did lots of sight seeing while they were there, including Central Park, seeing the Rangers at Madison Square Garden, Walking around Times Square and eating at the amazing restaurants in the city.

J.R.'s friends moved to Saratoga Springs about a year ago and this is the second time J.R. has been out to see them.   The first time he got off the plane looking like this.  He does these kind of things to embarrass his buddies.

J.R.'s friend Dustin and his wife have been longtime friends of J.R.'s.  They grew up together in California. Dustin and his wife moved to Saratoga about a year ago.  A beautiful city known for the Saratoga Race Course, horses, mineral springs, and great restaurants and shopping.  Saratoga is located minutes from Albany and is a short drive from most Northeast location.  It's about a 2 and a half hour train ride.

After spending a few days in Saratoga Springs, they took the train ride to the New York City.  They departed at the world famous Penn Station.   Penn Station is one of the busiest rail hubs in the world.  It is located inside Pennsylvania Plaza between 7th and 8th on the edge of  Manhattan.  It serves Amtrak, the New York City subway system, New Jersey Transit and the Long Island Railroad.    Penn Station was built in 1910 and then remodeled several times. It serves commuters from New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.
