On October 8, 2022, The Tampa Police Memorial Committee will host the 28th Annual Tampa Police Memorial 5K/1-Mile Run/Walk, located at Lykes Gaslight Square Park. The 5K will start at 8am and the 1 Mile Free Run/Walk at 9am.
Social distancing will be encouraged for spectators and the starting area for the run has been enlarged so participants will have more space to stage before running, and since a chip timer is used for the 5K each participant will have an accurate race time no matter when they start running. This event is intended to be for the entire family, and we look forward to seeing everyone!
