Marc’s 6 year-old daughter, Austyn, recently started running Cross Country. However, instead of taking the competition more seriously, she lagged behind just to hang out with her friends. Marc and his wife had a little heart to heart about the importance of having fun, but also the importance of focusing on competing. The couple contemplated pulling her out if she was there simply for socializing…
