Green Bench Brewing will transform its beer garden into an open-air gallery on Thursday at 6 p.m. as part of Tampa Bay Beer Week. This one-night show features works from 51 artists who each received the same 16×16-inch wood panel to start.

Chad Mize curated the exhibition. The theme? ENJOY. Each participating creator took the identical canvas size in a different direction, making a mix of styles and interpretations that appear side-by-side. The display runs from 6 to 9 p.m. at 1133 Baum Ave. N. Many of the participating creators will attend to discuss their work with visitors.

Mize has built a recognizable presence across Tampa Bay. His work appears for clients such as The Dali Museum, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Tampa Bay Rays. Doodles, colors, and humor define his style.

"My purpose for creating art is to inspire and uplift the viewer. I consistently saturate my work with colors and concepts that radiate happiness," Mize said to I Love the Burg.

The show has become a tradition during Tampa Bay Beer Week. Locals who appreciate artwork and craft beer pack the beer garden for this annual event.

The gathering serves as a warm-up to the Greetings From Florida beer fest, which takes place the following night. Both events draw crowds during the week-long celebration of craft brewing.

The uniform panel size creates cohesion without repetition across the 51 works. Visitors can see how different creators interpret the same parameters and theme.

Additional event details are available on the brewery's website and Instagram account. The outdoor setting lets guests view art while sampling beers under the stars.
