The Most Unhealthiest Fast Food Burgers
A list of the most unhealthiest fast food burgers has come out. This was done by a website named Delish. So they looked at the nutritional value of a bunch of fast food items, including cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, regular fries, a vanilla milkshake, and a 10-piece chicken nugget. They purchased those from 24 different fast food restaurant chains. They looked at the nutritional menu to find the calories, sugar, saturated, fat, and sodium content in all the items. So the unhealthy fast food burger is the cheeseburger at Five Guys. It has 984 cal, 26.5 g of saturated fat, 8 g of sugar, and 1050 mg of sodium.
