A Tampa Man was surprised after winning big from a scratch-off prize. The Tampa man, Edin Galindo, bought the Florida Lottery $50,000 a year for a life scratch-off game and won the grand prize. He decided to take the one-time lump sum payment of the game of $815,000.
The scratch-off that the Tampa Man played is a $2 ticket. There are only eight grand prize tickets, three of which are still available to win. The Tampa man who won a big scratch-off prize bought the ticket at the Quick Mart. It is located at 2209 East Bearss Avenue. The store will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the ticket.
