There are some Gen X Baby Names that are going away. Parents these days are not using Generation X names as much anymore. Some Gen X baby names used to be popular but now really don’t exist anymore. A TikTok account named Nostalgia Nut posted a list of some Generation X names that they say are about to be extinct. People born between 1965 and 1980 are considered Generation X.

I am not surprised that Karen is on this list, but some of these do surprise me. Maybe these Gen X baby names will make a comeback one day.

On the TikTok account, there have been more than 2,200 comments and some even more names than the ones listed above. Other names mentioned were Mark, Mike, Christine, Lisa, Scott, Todd, Melissa, Jason, Barbara, Brett, Debbie, Amanda, Cheryl, and Heather.
