Hurricane Debby was well off the West Coast of Florida, but still dumped much rain around the Tampa Bay area. Inland counties didn’t have as much rain as the coastal counties. The city and Polk County that had the most was Mulberry was 7.06 inches of rain. In the northern counties which was closer to where the storm hit didn’t see as much rain as other counties in the Tampa Bay area. Spring Hill in Hernando County had 6.77 inches of rain and Floral City in Citrus County had 7.04 inches of rain.
