Major Tampa Music Festival Not Returning In 2024
A major Tampa music festival is not returning in 2024. The festival is only been around for two years. Tampa’s Innings Festival, which happened in the south parking lot of Raymond James Stadium for the past two years, will not be returning in 2024. The festival’s owners took to their Facebook page to say, “We had a great run at Raymond James Stadium, but Innings Festival will not be returning to Tampa. Thank you for your support!”
Acts That Played The Innings Festival
The event happened in March the last two years. This year the featured acts were Imagine Dragons, Weezer, Pitbull, and the Dave Matthews Band. In 2022 the headlining acts were Green Day, Incubus, The Lumineers and Goo Goo Dolls. It is called the Innings Festival because it also featured Major League Baseball players as well. Former major league players, like Ozzie Smith and Tampa natives Gary Sheffield, Fred McGriff, Lou Pinella and Tino Martinez made appearances.
So, even though a major Tampa music festival is not returning in 2024 maybe one will be replacing it. Live Nation and the Tampa Sports Authority are making a big announcement on Thursday, October 12 concerning a major concert event. Tampa Mayor, Jane Castor will even be in attendance for this announcement. There is a lot of speculation as to who it will be. Will it be a country music artist? This year Taylor Swift, Beyoncé and Ed Sheeran have all played Raymond James Stadium. The country artists that have played there this year have been Luke Combs and George Strait.
Raymond James Stadium opened in 1998. Firstly, they are home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Secondly, they are home to the University of South Florida Bulls football team. The seating capacity for most sporting events is 69,218, but can be expanded to 75,000 for a special events. The stadium has hosted Super Bowls, the college football National Championship and Wrestlemania 37. It is also hosted many concerts.

Here are the 10 hottest Tampa Bay Buccaneers players! Remember this list is all based on the opinions of ladies in Tampa Bay who called into the radio station WiLD 941! These ladies live in Tampa, St. Petersburg, or anywhere in the surrounding area. When we say “Hottest” we are strictly talking about looks.
Are you a Bucs fan? I am and have been one ever since moving to Tampa in 2019. I’m also a Lions fan because I was born and raised in Detroit. I’m actually pretty torn on what to wear to Sunday’s game. I think I’m just gonna keep it neutral. Maybe I will wear a Lion’s Bra and Bucs panties under my clothes (lol). Any suggestions?
