Florida City Named As One Of The Most Desirable Cities To Live In
A Florida city has been named as one of the most desirable cities to live in in the United States. This list came from a site called Home Bay. They partnered with Allied Van lines to find what the most desirable place the United States. Tampa came in #2 on the list. Seattle, Washington was the only city above Tampa which came in at #1. So, how do you find what a desirable city should be? Well, according to the study this year, only 63% of Americans like where they live. In 2022 it was 80%. The study shows that people want to live in places that have low crime rate have affordable homes and have a low cost of living.
Tampa, which is the #2 most desirable city also is #2 for being the most underrated city. It also was #6 for being most overrated. New York City is the most overrated city. Coming is second is Los Angeles.
Also in the top 10 is Orlando which comes in #8 on the list. They also they also found in the report that a little over half of the people would rather live in a region with extreme winters and pleasant summers. Beaches are the most desirable landscape, which beat out mountains and lakes.
