Investigators claim that Andres Perez, 34, was “irate” during an argument with his spouse about “financial and infidelity issues” before the lawman “stormed into the kitchen in [his wife’s] direction throwing a McDonald’s cheeseburger at her.”
An arrest report states that the victim said to police that Perez then struck her with a clenched fist “to the right side of the head behind the ear” during the incident that occurred in their apartment in Miramar.
The victim informed police that the blow occurred during the incident.
The couple have been together for almost eight years, during which time they have been “married for three years total and do indeed share kids in common.”
Andres Perez was arrested and placed in the county prison after being charged with the minor offense of violence.
