Kimberly "Kimycola" Winter is not embarrassed by the fact that she burps a lot, while most people would be. The woman from the United States recently broke the world record for the biggest burp ever made by a woman.

Her burp, which broke the record, was 107.3 dB. This was louder than the previous record, which was set by Elisa Cagnoni of Italy in 2009 at 107 dB. Neville Sharp of Australia holds a similar record for the biggest burp by a man. In 2021, his burp was 112.7 dB.

The Guinness World Records says that Winter's burp is "louder than a blender (70-80 dB), an electric handheld drill (90-95 dB), and even some motorcycles at full throttle (100-110 dB)".

She had to burp in a sound recording studio to get her record on the books. This was done to get rid of any echoes.

Winter told Guinness World Records that she had breakfast, a cup of coffee, and a beer before the burp to get ready for it.

Winter has known since she was a child that her burps are very loud. Even though people don't always like her loud burps in public, Winter has built up a fan base on TikTok and YouTube, where people enjoy her strange talent.

Winter's biggest burp was about nine seconds long. In 2009, Michele Forgione set the record for the "world's longest burp" at 1 minute and 13 seconds. Winter does not want to break this record, though. "However, I'm not going for the longest, I'm going for the loudest. She said, "I love to be loud and proud!"

There is a new survey our that names the most popular beers in America. Some of the beers that are at the top are surprising. Some of the beers that you would think would be at the top aren't' even in the Top 10. The survey comes from YouGov, who polled 1,400 Americans about what their favorite beer is. This survey was for the second quarter of 2023.

The way the survey worked is that they asked the 1,400 people how aware they were of 75 different brands of beer. Then they asked how they felt about each one. Not one beer got 100% familiarity. The top familiar beer is Bud Light at 98%, but its popularity is not in the Top 10. There are only two beers that are in the Top 5 in familiarity and popularity. Those two are Corona and Heineken.

The survey also breaks down the popularity of beers between men and women. Both men and women say their favorite beer in Guinness. Guinness is also the #1 most popular beer among Millennials and Generation X. It is tied for #1 with Sam Adams for Baby Boomers.
