West Coast Burger Chain Coming To Riverview
A west coast burger chain is coming to Riverview. More restaurants will be coming to Tampa, but Riverview is the first. Fatburger is opening restaurants in the Tampa Bay area and the first will be on Gibsonton Dr. just east of I-75 in Riverview. The Fatburger will officially open on June 12.
Fatburger opened in Los Angeles in 1952. On their website they say, “It’s the place where customers of all creeds come together to enjoy that same great-tasting burger, made with love from Lovie Yancey’s timeless recipe: a big fat patty that, when doubled, tripled, or quadrupled, makes for a Fatburger.”
So, a new burger chain is coming to Riverview, but more are coming to Tampa Bay. More Fatburger stores will open in Tampa in the next three years.

There’s still so many things in the works for Tampa. We’re still excited for Predalina’s grand opening this summer along with a new karaoke bar in Tampa. Hopefully the new Yard House will be finished before the next hockey season. We’ve been dying for a replacement for the old Ferg’s and we think Yard House will be the perfect place to pregame before any Lightning game.
