Free Cruise For Teachers
Norwegian Cruise Lines is giving away a free cruse for teachers. This is so awesome that NCL is doing this.
If you know of a teacher that has gone above and beyond this year, nominate them to win a free cruise from Norwegian Cruise Lines.
This is the 4th year that NCL is honoring teachers through their Giving Joy program. Teachers have the chance to win a free cruise on the new ship, Norwegian Viva.
According to their website, the program serves to shine a light on educators, the unsung heroes of every community, and their relentless dedication to inspiring students and bringing joy to the classroom every day.
NCL said it will award the top 20 teachers across the U.S. and Canada with the most votes a seven-day cruise for two.
The top three grand prize winners will be invited to attend the Christening voyage of Norwegian Viva, the second vessel from the all-new Prima Class, later this year, the cruise line said.
If you want to nominate your teacher, visit NCL’s Giving Joy website. The last day to do this is June 9. Then of course you need to go back and vote, vote, vote!
The Best Photos From Morgan Wallen In Tampa
The biggest Country concert finally went down and here are the best photos from Morgan Wallen’s Tampa Show. Long before Morgan took the stage the parking lot was the ultimate pre party as tailgating was in full effect. Undoubtedly the hottest artist in Country Music right now a ticket to the show was hard to come by. Wallen has been selling out stadiums and amphitheaters all over the world on his “One Night At A Time Tour.” The Mid Florida Credit Union Amphitheater was no exception.
Without a doubt Morgan has been joined on tour with some of Country Music’s other most popular artists. Bailey Zimmerman opened the show with hits like “Rock and a Hard Place” and “Last Night.” Following Zimmerman was a close friend and co writer of Wallen’s Ernest. They have collaborated on many songs including their song “Flower Shops.”
Clearly the crowd had been warmed up right by the time Morgan took the stage. The “Wasted on You” singer had the sold out crowd singing every word to every one of his songs. This should not come as a surprise because Wallen has had two of the best selling albums in the last 3 years.

Launa is part of Tampa Bay's Hometown Morning Krewe on 99.5 WQYK. She has been with the station for 7 years and joined J.R. and Kevin on the morning show 4 years ago. Since then, they have been nominated for not only a CMA but also an ACM. Launa has been in radio for the past 28 years and in the Tampa Bay market for 22 of those years. While working in radio, Launa has also served as an entertainment reporter on a local TV show and has hosted many charity events in the community. Using her popularity from QYK, Launa loves to help raise money for shelter animals and has been a volunteer at local shelters for years. Launa loves the community and writes articles on local news, entertainment, and events and highlights people who are shining in Tampa Bay that she knows others like her would also be interested in reading.
