Tampa Bay Army Captain Honored By Twin Sister
An Army Captain is honored by her twin sister for Military Monday this week. Kirsten is honoring her twin sister, Kelsey. Kelsey was just promoted to Captain in the Army. She has been in the Army for 6 years.
Kelsey also works for the Clearwater Police Department on their bike team.
