Getty Images RFA man wins the lottery jackpot twice in two years. This happened to a North Carolina man, who won the jackpot two times. Pharris Frank of Advance, North Carolina won a $1 million lottery jackpot back in July 2021. He then won $2 million from a scratch off ticket two years later.
“It’s crazy because the day before I won, my buddy was asking me how it felt to win $1 million,” he said. “And I told him that I was going to double it.” That's exactly what Pharris did and that's how a man wins the lottery jackpot twice in two years. On his second win he chose a lump sum of $1.2 million and $855,006 after taxes.

P is for Philadelphia Mint and an S is for the San Francisco Mint. Coins marked with an S, are silver-proof and worth way more than the other than D or P coins.
