A Florida man wins $1000 for life from the Lottery. The man won the multi-state draw game CASH4LIFE. Jose Ortiz, of Clewiston, won the prize and chose the lump-sum payment of $1 million. The CASH4LIFE game offers two-lifetime prizes, $1,000 a day for life or $1,000 a week for life.
He purchased the winning ticket from Clewiston Jiffy, which is located at 432 West Sugarland Highway in Clewiston. The Jiffy will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket. Congrats to this Florida man as he wins $1000 a week for life, but chose $1 million instead.
