Florida Man mugshot and memes series on Netflix. Netflix has announced an upcoming series called “Florida Man,” inspired by the famous meme and headlines about wild crimes in the Sunshine State. Produced by Jason Bateman’s Aggregate Films, the show aims to explore more than just the news snippets.

The series will follow Mike Valentine, a recovering gambling addict from Florida, who returns to the state to find a mob boss’s missing girlfriend. Mike ends up in situations that make the “Florida Man” memes seem tame. Donald Todd, the creator and showrunner, was inspired by his own experiences growing up in Florida. He always wondered why Florida is the way it is and believes the state’s temporary nature and inherent independence contribute to the unique “Florida man” persona.

The show aims to answer the central question: “How did we get here?” It explores the stories behind the memes and mug shots, delving into the darker side of Florida’s sunny disposition. “Florida Man” is set to debut on Netflix on April 13, 2023. Can’t wait to see it. How about you? The Florida Man mugshot and memes series is sure to be a hit, right? There comes a time in every Florida Man’s life where he says, “Hold my beer, watch this.” TBT
