Clearwater Has An Easy Way To Park Your Car And Get To The Beach
Clearwater has an easy way to park your car and get to the beach. Spring Break is here and there will be many people coming in from out of town going to the beaches. Clearwater has a free park-and-ride service starting on March 1. It will run through April 30. You will be able to park in a free designated lot and then get a free ride on the trolley to the beach.
The schedule is different on weekends than it is during the week. On Monday through Thursdays the trolley runs every 30 minutes from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Friday through Sunday the trolley runs every 15 minutes from 10 a.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. The trolley runs until 10 p.m. on Sundays.
You can park for free on any day of the week at the former Clearwater City Hall. You can also park at the Clearwater Beach Transit Center and the Clearwater Beach Marina. When leaving the beach to go back to your car you get on the trolley at Clearwater Beach Marina at 25 Causeway Blvd. Check out the map below.
