VIDEO: Tampa Woman Fights Off Attacker At Gym
This story is unbelievable. A Tampa woman fights off her attacker at the gym. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office released video from the incident that happened back on January 22 around 10:30pm.
This happened at the Inwood Park Apartment on West Waters Avenue
Nashali Alma is just 24 years old and was working out at her gym in the apartment complex when a man was standing at the door trying to get in.
She recognized the man from being in the gym before, so she opened the door and let him in and went back to working out. He approached her and that’s when they got into it. Nashali started fighting back and never stopped. Surveillance video shows the Tampa woman fights off attacker at the gym.
You can see in the video that she tries to run away, but he grabs her and wrestles her to the ground, but she keeps fighting back. She finally was able to get up and run out of the gym and call for help.
The video shows how she never gave up. Court records show the suspect, Xavier Thomas-Jones, lives at the apartment complex. He is 25 years old. He is currently in jail.

- The population of each city.
Florida is known for some of the country’s most bizarre crimes. And while all of them may be dangerous, they may not qualify as “violent.” Driving a golf cart naked down I75, assault with food, and similar “Florida Man” crimes don’t fall into the FBI category.
