Florida Dog Wins 2023 Puppy Bowl
Florida dog wins the 2023 Puppy Bowl as Team Fluff beat Team Ruff 87-83. Majesty, a purebred corgi from Florida, was handed the championship trophy. Majesty is the captain of Team Fluff. The 2023 Puppy Bowl is the first game to ever go to overtime. Team Fluff now has won two straight games.
The Puppy Bowl is played to raise awareness for rescue organizations to gets dogs adopted. Some of the dogs from the game have been adopted, but some are still available. There was two St. Petersburg dogs that were on Team Ruff. Max, a 6-month-old lab/pointer mix, and Nancy, a 6-month-old terrier mix.
The game even featured a halftime performance from “Furianna.” Obviously, Rhianna was the halftime show of the Super Bowl.
