Rob Gronkowski Coming Back To The Football Field
Rob Gronkowski coming back to the football field. Well, kind of. He is going to star in a live commercial to be aired during the Super Bowl on February 12th.
The former Buccaneer and four-time All-Pro tight end will attempt to make a field goal in Arizona during a live Super Bowl television commercial for FanDuel as reported by the Associated Press.
Gronkowski is used to preforming under pressure, so this should be a piece of cake for him. Anyone who places a Super Bowl bet of $5 or more on FanDuel will win a share of $10 million in free bets if Gronkowski makes the field goal.
Unfortunately, online betting is illegal in Florida, so we are out.

Obviously Rob is good at catching a football, but what about kicking a football?
Rob said he made one field goal in his career, a 33-yarder in high school. FanDuel is introducing the ad campaign titled “Kick of Destiny”.
Who Is Rob Practicing With
To get ready for the big event, Rob is already practicing his kicking. Three-time All-Pro Adam Vinatieri, whose 599 career field goals are most in NFL history is helping him get ready.
Gronkowski had 621 catches for 9,286 yards and 92 touchdowns in the regular season in nine seasons with New England and two with Tampa Bay. He had 98 receptions for 1,389 yards and 15 TDs in the postseason.
Gronkowski first retired after the 2018 season, but he returned to play with Tom Brady for the Buccaneers in 2020. That led the boys to win the Super Bowl title that season.
The Buccaneers who are 8-9 won the NFC South for the second straight year, but Brady and the offense obviously miss Gronkowski this year.
