Fans of Wynonna Judd have been concerned for her mental health lately. Judd has been working non-stop since the suicide death of her mother Naomi Judd in April of 2022. Wynonna took to her Instagram to let fans know that she is all right and has a great group of people around her during this busy time in her life and career.

Wynonna said in the minute-long video she filmed herself at her Nashville area farm this week, “Well, I’m okay. Checking in. I have heard some of the comments, and the first thought I had was opinions and buttholes, and then I realized that people are genuinely concerned, so I want to respond to that piece. Um, I am working so hard on my mental, spiritual and physical well-being.”

She continued, “I have a great team, and I’m really blessed, and I’m broken, and I’m working really hard on self-care, which is not selfish; it’s sacred. So just know that yeah, I’m me; I work really hard. We call it Wynonna Incorporated because I incorporate a lot into my life.” She added, “I have a very full schedule, but I also have time off to be on the farm and to walk in the woods and take the dogs, and tonight is Mexican night, we’re playing games, and it’s family, so I’m okay. And the last thing I wanna say is, you can’t keep a good woman down for too long.”

Judd recently had to pull out of an appearance on Nashville’s Big Bash New Year’s Eve show on CBS, where she was set to perform with Kelsea Ballerini because she was experiencing vertigo. She posted a photo of herself and Ballerini on the stage during rehearsals on her Instagram Saturday (1/31), writing, “I was looking so forward to singing with my dear @kelseaballerini tonight. Instead, I am on the bus struggling with an extreme bout of vertigo and am unable to perform. Nashville, I am absolutely heartbroken and so sorry to have let you all down tonight. Kelsea, I look forward to stepping onstage with you in February, better than ever!!!!”
