Second Date Update: First Chris' date with Lauren revealed some red flags when things didn't add up on their date. After meeting on Hinge they went to P.F. Chang's for their date. As we know bad communication in relationships can cause issues. Lauren is being a little shady when it comes to how she communicates with Chris. Does he have a reason to be suspicious? Sarasota is one of the most affordable cities in the U.S. and this is coming from a study by the Wall Street Journal. They actually have the region of North Port-Sarasota-Bradenton as one of the most affordable. The list is about the Emerging Housing Market Index. They named the most affordable places to live in the U.S.
The Wall Street Journal determined the findings based on a few things. Housing-market indicators, economic and lifestyle data, real-estate taxes, unemployment rates, wages, commute time and available small-business loans.
On Wall Street Journal's website they say, "The index identifies the top metro areas for home buyers seeking an appreciating housing market, a strong local economy and appealing lifestyle amenities."
