Florida Man In Holiday Busted After Hurricane Crime Spree. Pasco deputies arrested Stefanos Papastefanou after he broke in to several businesses and stole cash, cigarettes, and a bunch of lottery tickets. He was blowing though the empty stores as Hurricane Stephanos on September 27th, 28th, and 30th. He cashed in a winning lottery ticket a few hours after one of the burglaries. Deputies said our Hurricane Crook Florida Man admitted to the crimes and was arrested on 3 counts of burglary of unoccupied business. Source NewsChannel8
