It is always good to be honest and upfront on a date. Trey however likes to be very honest. Could it be nerves? Maybe. Still you never want to start your sentences off with "this is what my therapist says." Kim made it very clear to us that Trey is a gentleman but might need some help in the conversation selection on dates.

We first heard from Trey who was a little timid about coming on the air with us. Having said that he did explain to us that he has not dated very much in the past year. About a year ago is when Trey and his ex broke up. Also he told us that he is not really someone to put himself out there so calling us was a big step for him. Now we had to ask the obvious question. "Did you talk about your ex?" That would be pretty common for our 7:15 Second Date Updates especially when you have not dated in awhile like Trey. He told us that he absolutely did not bring his ex up and was very careful about what topics were talked about.

Following our phone call with Trey we reached out to Kim. Kim is very understanding of Trey's lack up dating but alarmed about how many time he said
this is what my therapist says."
