Sam Hunt to replace Lady A at Tampa Pig Jig!
Lady A announced on Thursday (8/4) that they are postponing their 2022 “Request Line Tour”. The tour was slated to start Saturday, August 13th at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee, and run through late October finishing up in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The trio announced the news on their social media channels around 11a on Thursday (8/4), just 10 days before the tour was to start. In the social post they said, ““We are a band, but more importantly…we’re family. We’re proud to say that Charles has embarked on a journey to sobriety. So, right now in order to be the healthiest, strongest and most creative band we can be, Lady A will take the time with the support of our families and team of professionals to walk through this together. It’s early on this road, but we are determined to do what will best set us up for many more years together. We’re grateful for your patience.”
Sam Hunt will be replacing the trio at Tampa Pig Jig, joining Kip Moore on the bill for the show on October 22, 2022.
For the second year, the event will be making Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park in Downtown Tampa its home.
