Matt Stell went to Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final at Amalie Arena to support the Lightning. Matt talked to J.R., Launa and Kevin from Tampa Bay’s Morning Krewe about the game at Matt told them there is only reason he will cancel his show for the Lightning.
Stell is good friends with a few of the Tampa Bay Lightning players including Pat Maroon and Ryan McDonagh. Pat Maroon scored a goal in Game 3 and Matt was in crowd to see it. Matt said, “To get to watch Pat not only dominate physically, but score a point that was unbelievable. It couldn’t have been any better.”
Since Matt is now a good luck charm Launa told him that he has to stay for Game 4. Matt answered, “I wish. I literally had 48 hours off. We had like 16 shows in 18 days I’m right in the middle of. I had to two days off and I said you know what I’m going to go see my boys.”
Matt Stell told us there is only reason he will cancel his show for the Lightning and it is for a boat parade.
He has two #1 songs under his belt with “Prayed For You” and “Everywhere But On”. Matt has a brand new song out called “Man Made”.
