Yup, we were a bit grossed out by this one but it's legit. The company, The Pest Informer, is doing this study to test how effective a new kind of treatment really is. So if you're willing to let them release 100 cockroaches into your home and let it become a testing ground, you can make some sweet extra money!
The company says this study will run for 30 days and you must not try any additional cockroach treatments during the duration of the study. Hmm, wondering if stomping on the roaches counts? The company wants to test new family and pet safe treatments. If if the cockroach infestation hasn’t been eliminated by the end of the study, they will use traditional cockroach treatment options in your home at no cost.
Still interested? The study is open to homeowners in the continental United States, so us down here in Florida are eligible to try and make an extra $2K! The Pest Informer is looking to recruit 5 to 7 households, so you better apply now!
