Two baseball fans hit by lightning in Tampa. Tampa Police say they were struck by lightning Sunday afternoon while leaving the Yankees game. Officials say a man in his 60’s and a young lady in her 20’s were both struck in the the parking lot near Raymond James stadium close to 4pm.

Both fans hit by lightning were transported by Tampa Fire Rescue to the hospital and reported in stable condition. The Yankees were playing the Atlanta Braves when the game was called in the 6th inning due to bad weather.
