So many starving on the Atlantic coast they started a feeding program. Last year another record broken. 1,000 Manatees died in the lagoon area of Indian River.

He launched a new petition to put a stop to a bill that would potentially give developers an option to "relocate" seagrass. The same seagrass in short supply. Keep Manatees Fed, Put House Bill 349 to Bed . Causing Manatees to starve to death.
