OK, the holidays should bring out the best of us but sometimes the worst comes out. We hate to say it, but family gatherings can cause verbal fireworks, especially after people have had a few drinks. This survey broke down the percentage in each U.S. state where a Christmas gathering ended with a squabble. About 33% of the respondents stated that political differences caused the disagreement. Get this, over 66% would consider having an alcohol-free Christmas just to avoid the bickering!
Hawaii had the lowest percentage at 5%, while Delaware had the highest at 33%! Where did Florida rank in Christmas arguments? The Sunshine State came in at 23% which was just above the average of 21%.
