Tampa Bay Woman Is Running For Rob Gronkowski, Literally!
A Tampa Bay woman is running for Rob Gronkowski, literally! One of our favorite Buccaneers picked her to represent his charity in the Boston Marathon.
He’s #87 on the field but Number One to us! We’re talking about Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski. Not only is Gronk a force to be reckoned with on the gridiron but a force when it comes to charitable causes.
So it must have been a great feeling when Maise Lauster of St. Pete found out that she would be representing Gronk’s charity in the Boston Marathon! She was the first Florida runner chosen by Rob and Maise found out on an Instagram video from Gronk himself.
“Maise, our first Florida runner, you are pretty close to my favorite pirate ship, the one at Raymond James stadium, arrr, pumped to have you join the team and maybe I’ll see you in Florida thanks for running with us,” said Gronkowski in the video.
Maise is training hard for the Boston Marathon. She’s looking to raise $10,000 for Gronk. You can help Maise out here.
