We have Thomas Rhett Tampa concert information for you! If you are headed to the Thomas Rhett "Center Point Road Tour" at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheater on Saturday, September 4th, here are a few things you should know.

Get to the Amp early so you can come tailgate with the 99.5 QYK staff. J.R. and Launa from Tampa Bay's Morning Krewe and Keith will be hanging out at our tailgate and they can't wait to meet you! Plus, you will have a chance to win some QYK prizes and pose in our Thomas Rhett Tampa concert-themed photo booth.

*This Is A Mobile Ticket Entry Concert*

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).

According to the Live Nation Venue website, here is what's allowed and not allowed:

Items ALLOWED to be brought in to venue: *subject to change per event, check the Day of Show tab 

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).
  • Blankets
  • Cameras - nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
  • Food - in a clear, 1-gallon ziplock bag
  • Umbrellas- small/parasol

Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought in to venue include, but are not limited to: (Subject to change)

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Bags that don't adhere to our bag policy as outlined above.
  • Illegal drugs/substances
  • Umbrellas
  • Glass containers
  • Cans
  • High profile camping/bag chairs
  • Hard sided/large coolers
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks

Bag Policy

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, they have implemented the following bag policy: they will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”).

Mask Policy

According to the venue website, the CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering. Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

Parking

Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. This can be purchased prior to the show via www.livenation.com or on site at the venue pending availability. Premier Parking is located on the southwest side of the venue across the street from the venue. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.

Day of Show Parking - Accessible Parking is located outside the venue, directly across the street from the main entrance on the east side. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots.

The VIP lots are located on the west exterior of the venue closest to the VIP Club entrance. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access these lots. Guests can enter through any road entrance and be directed to these lots.

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre parking lots are reserved for concert fans only.

Drop Offs

Drop off areas are located at the Martin Luther King Blvd Entrance in the yellow lot. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event- you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue.

Concessions & Purchases

Concessions are located throughout the venue. All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue.

Lawn Seating & Lawn Chair Rental

The lawn is always first come, first serve. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.

Lawn Chair rentals and blanket rentals are available on the Live Nation event site.

Banners and Signs

Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. The venue does not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests' views of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.
