Weekdays 10a-3p

How does Florida rank among the hardest working states in America? Monday is Labor Day. Let’s see who among us has been hardly working, or working hard. WalletHub just completed its annual rankings. They base findings on employment rate, hours worked, commute time, and how much free time people have outside working hours.

Generally, Americans put in more hours than workers in other countries. About 30% more than those in Germany, France, or the UK.

The Survey of hardest working states in America says Alaska is the hardest working state. Followed by North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Texas in the top 5. New Mexico ranked last, behind West Virginia, New York, and Connecticut. Florida comes in at number 35.
