Tim Tebow has been cut by a Florida NFL Team.

After just the first preseason game for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Tim Tebow has been cut.

The ex-Florida Gator thanked the organization via a Twitter post.

The Heisman Trophy winner has been trying to live his dream as a professional athlete after college. He was drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2010 as the 25th overall pick. He then bounced around a couple of teams until 2015 when he left the game.

Tebow had a good career in broadcasting for a couple of years as a college football analyst for ESPN and made many appearances on Good Morning America. Then later in 2016, he signed a minor league contract with the Mets. In February of 2021, he announced his retirement from pro baseball. In between all of that, Tebow is a successful author and New York Times Bestseller, with 4 books to his name and even a children’s book.

So what’s next for Tim Tebow? Only time will tell. You got to give it to the guy for always trying!
