Here are some tips on how to keep your pets "safe" during the 4th of July. This is Peanut Butter & Ollie. They like long walks, paddleboarding, cheese, and ear scratches. They do not like Fireworks.

For days after the 4th Holiday celebrations, animal shelters fill with strays who flee their own homes because of fireworks. Scary. Yep. To them it is. Always a good idea to have your pets chipped for identification.
The bottom line, they do have sensitive hearing. Fireworks can cause severe anxiety for furry friends. There are some steps you can take to curb the anxiety. Talk to your vet about what's best for your pet.
