The postseason is just around the corner and our Tampa Bay Lightning will be making another playoff run as the reigning champions. This time with fans in the stands…
This week, the Lightning have announced they will not be allowing 7,000 fans to join the thunder during the playoffs. That number increased from the previous 4,200 fans. Sounds like Amalie Arena is going to be rumbling from all the excited fans.
“I think it is going to be great […] It is about that time now where we start getting fans back in the stands and, obviously, in the beginning, it is kind of weird.”
– Pat Maroon, Tampa Bay Lightning Player
Just as a reminder, face masks are still required unless you are actively eating or drinking. Also, all seats will continue to be set up as pods to keep everyone socially distant.
