After many years of planning and building, the new Selmon Expressway Extension is finally open and we got a first look at the drive.
Sean from our sister station, 98.7 The Shark, took a drive home around 1pm this afternoon (4/19) and was surprised to see that the Selmon Expressway extension. I’m glad the traffic is going to lighten up. Check out the video Sean took below:
Movies, movies, and more movies - Several movies have been postponed and should come out in 2021. Some include 'No Time To Die' and 'West Side Story.'
Lots of Disney Movies - There are several Disney movies scheduled to be released in 2021. Some include Black Widow (July 9), and Jungle Cruise (July 30).
The Tokyo Summer Olympics - The games were postponed due to COVID, but are scheduled to take place July 23 - August 8.
A Vaccine - The vaccine has been rolled out and hopefully, once everyone has it, we will somewhat go back to normal.
Friends - We have been patiently waiting for the 'Friends' reunion, and it's coming on May 27th to HBO Max.
Wimbledon - The Wimbledon championships are scheduled to take place June 28 - July 11.
Brady, Gronk and many of the core Bucs that won the championship last year are returning. Let's go get another Lombardi Trophy!
