National Weather Service Confirmed Tornadoes In Two Tampa Area Towns

The weather was pretty wild this weekend and it has now been confirmed that two tornadoes touched down in the Tampa Bay Area.

According to ABC Action News, the NWS (National Weather Service) has confirmed that two tornadoes did make landfall. The first tornado was on Saturday afternoon at 5:45pm in Bradenton. It reached wind speeds of 95 miles per hour as it traveled for a half mile. The next day, a tornado was spotted in Winter Haven just around noon.

After all of this mess, we get a few days of ease until rain returns this Saturday, April 17.
