Selmon Expressway Extension Set To Open To Drivers On April 19

The long awaited west extension of the Selmon Expressway will soon be open to drivers. This will help many commuters headed from Hillsborough County to/from Pinellas County.

Hallelujah! It was just announced earlier today (4/9) that the elevated toll lane from Brandon to Pinellas County will be open on April 19th. Now for everyone who normally travel on the Gandy Bridge or North Dale Mabry Highway will be driving with ease. There still might be traffic any route you take but I bet it will cut on the commute time by 15-20 mins.
