Top 10 Sleep Disrupters
Stress. It’s all about the stress people. The CDC says we all need at least 7 hours of sleep every night. Well, 4 in 10 Americans say they do not, or can not do that. Why? Stress. But you knew that already. Most say they have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep at least one night every week.
Turn your brain off. Wish there was a switch. There is, sort of…try the Calm app or Deepak Chopra’s app. Turn on soft music or sounds, or read yourself to sleep. Anything to sidetrack those stressful thoughts. Turn that brain off if you can. You can BTW. There are other things that can disrupt sleep. Some of those are an easy fix.
