Baseball season is in full, first starting with high school and then next week spring training begins.
We have very successful sports teams in the Tampa Bay Area and that also includes our Rays. The Rays would really love to have Tropicana Field filled with fans and because of the on going Pandemic, it makes things a little tricky. I know fans are not always motivated to head to St. Pete for a Rays game but this year should be a little different, they made it to the World Series after all.
According to the Tampa Bay Business Journal, the Rays are giving up on the season tickets and changing it to a season membership. The new plan allows you to choose seats in a certain section starting as low as $500 for the season. The cheapest plan will get you a seat in the outfield. Higher priced packages let you choose from anywhere at The Trop plus parking is included.
The Rays home opener is on April 9th, they will be hosting the New York Yankees.
