The Busch Gardens Food & Wine Festival is coming back in February and it will bring 22 new dishes, wine, beer and live music. The festival begins on February 20th and will run on weekends through April 25th, but will only allow limited capacity. Live music will begin in March and run through April and the concerts will be announced soon. You can purchase a sampler lanyard, which start at $34.99, and will give you 10 or 12 sample size dishes.

You know a drink is good when you can't taste the alcohol. This one is named after Busch Gardens' new coaster called the Iron Gwazi Gimlet - Rum Haven Caribben Rum, Pomegranate Juice, Pineapple Juice.

This Grilled Steak Flatbread from Garden Gate Cafe was sold out before the night ended. Definitely a delicious fan favorite!
Not only was this Caprese Salad delicious, you can also enjoy it INSIDE. Two booths at the Garden Grill Cafe are the only food cabins with air-conditioning indoors.
Another favorite from the Haeartland food cabin was the Homemade Mac & Cheese. They were very generous with the serving size. YUM!
Busch Gardens added a NEW food cabin this year honoring Strawberry Season. You can order sweet desserts or refreshing alcoholic mixed drinks.
Enjoying a LOADED Strawberry Shortcake Thrill Shake served with Pound Cake, Whipped Cream and a fresh strawberry to top it off, alongside the Strawberry Basil Lemonade from the Berry Nice food cabin.
The Butchery is tucked away next to the Flamingos.
