Pandemic: What Do You Appreciate Now More Than Ever
Before the pandemic, once a week I would ride the little Harley to meet a few friends every Sunday afternoon and enjoy some music by the beach. Can’t wait to do that again. Also did a weekly paddle, or surf, or both. Two weeks ago I met a few of those friends for a “safe distance” paddle. No big deal. Right? Wrong. I was on cloud nine for a few days after. Truth? Still am. Was so good to catch up, and for cryin’ out loud “laugh with friends”. Remember that feeling? Remember tender moments? Will they be “more” tender from now on?
Almost two outta three Americans agree that even though 2020 was full (oh so full) of heartache, they will remember certain tender moments from that year for the rest of their lives. Nathan’s Famous Hot Dogs just commissioned a new survey on the top little things that matter more to us now than they did before the pandemic hit. Pass the mustard. After all, who better to talk about what truly matters in life than a hot dog company? Haaaa. Other than the Bucs Super Bowl Win, Stanley Cup Win, World Series, and Rowdies championship, what tender moment(s) will you remember most from 2020/2021?
