John from the Brothers Osborne talked to J.R., Launa and Kevin this morning. We asked him about some Super Bowl prop bets and who he thinks will win the game.
What has John been doing to keep his creativity flowing? “Yeah, actually, I played on a few tracks for some country artists that you all know they haven’t released yet. So as far as I know, they’ve completely replaced my tracks somebody else. But I can’t tell you, I played on a couple of people’s track. I’ve got a home studio so I can work out of that. But, you know, it’s crazy, man. I mean, you know, I’ve been playing I’ve been gigging for over half of my life and I like extensively touring for maybe 15 years. And, you know, when I play the guitar that’s listening to this knows you have to build up calluses on your fingers because, you know, otherwise they’ll be sore. I pretty much lost my calluses over time because I wasn’t playing so much. And now I’ve got, like, those beginner fingers all over again, it’s kind of weird. A bit of a bummer. Now I just cannot wait to get back out. ”
Who will John be rooting for in the Super Bowl this year? Well, you know, obviously, I’m talking to you. I must say Tampa Bay, man. He’s the GOAT. It doesn’t matter. You could bring, like, you know, a little league team in there with like eight-year-olds and throw like 15 touchdowns, they don’t know what that guy is going to do. I’ll say Tampa Bay. I’m saying Tampa Bay right now.”
