Dan + Shay called in to talk to J.R., Launa and Kevin from Tampa Bay’s Morning Krewe about many things including their music and Super Bowl prop bets. Their song “I Should Probably Go To Bed” just hit #1 on the country charts it and it is the second single from their forthcoming album to go number-one, following “10,000 Hours.” Take a listen to the whole interview below.

“Yeah, man, we’re fired up. It’s insane. You know, it’s been a strange year. 2020 was tough for us not being able to feel the love on the road from our fans. But, you know, seeing the song climb the charts, you know, feeling the love from country radio man, that means the world. So that’s it’s a bright spot for us, man. We’re you know, we’re savoring every moment of it. And because it doesn’t you know, we’re not gonna be able to get back on the road for, you know, a few more months at best. So, know, stuff like that is like we got to just take it in. And, you know, I feel like this kind of pandemic, this quarantine is, you know, giving us a new perspective, giving everybody a new perspective on things, you know, some things that we may have taken for granted otherwise because we were moving so quickly. I think we appreciate a little bit more now and we’re able to step back and see it, you know, with new eyes. So, man it’s crazy to see the song at the top were fired up.”
