Right after President Biden’s speech today (1/20) after being inaugurated as the 46th President of the United States, Garth Brooks was announced and performed “Amazing Grace.”
Wearing a black shirt and his signature jeans, Garth removed his cowboy hat before singing.
Before the last verse, Brooks told the crowd, “I want you to sing it with me and not just the people here but the people at home too.”
Garth then shook hands with President Biden, former VP Mike Pence, Vice President Kamala Harris and hugged both Barack and Michael Obama.
