Weekdays 10a-3p

Good news this morning for city of Tampa residents who have been under a boil water notice since Monday.

As of Thursday morning, 12/10 the City of Tampa says that the boil water notice has been lifted. This comes after two rounds of water quality testing have shown no evidence of contamination.

UPDATE !! The precautionary boil water notice has been lifted after two rounds of water quality testing that have shown satisfactory results with no evidence of contamination. Water in our service area is now confirmed to be safe to drink. More info: http://bit.ly/342KfQH

The city recommends businesses and residents that are reopening their facilities or using their water for the first time in several days will want to run their taps before using it for cooking or drinking. This will help to remove stagnant water from plumbing systems and brings in fresh water from water mains.
