Halloween is on a Saturday this year, but because of COVID-19 trick or treating will not be the same as it has been.  The CDC has issued its guidelines for celebrating Halloween and they say that the high risk Halloween activities are: Traditional trick-or-treating, crowded indoor costume parties, indoor haunted houses and hayrides or tractor rides with people not in a family or who don’t live together.

The CDC also listed low risk Halloween activities, which include: carving and decorating pumpkins with the family or members of a household, decorating a house, apartment or living space, having a virtual Halloween costume contest and having a family or household Halloween movie night.
